Responsible for overseeing and growing the HR functions of the company and contributing to the strategic and operational objectives to create an amazing workplace for our team to thrive within. Also responsible for providing support to the CEO and overseeing the office management.
Previously in a middle management role, responsible for running a large administration department and overseeing the department manager and the team of personal assistants, senior administrators and receptionists, who provided administrative and secretarial support to Senior Managers, Directors, Heads of Department and over 750 staff members across multiple sites.
Also previous experience of people management, HR, finance and providing operational support for senior management.
